The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Tourism" regarding Compulsory Assignment of Categories to the Objects of the Tourism Infrastructure

The bill (Reg. No.7293) excludes clause 18 "Certification and Standardization in the Sphere of Tourism" from the effective Law, and supplements it with the principles, whereby rendering of accommodation services without a certificate of a relevant category shall be banned.
